All deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit secures your appointment date and time. No refunds will be issued for completed services.
To reschedule your appointment, a 48-hour notice is required. You are allowed one reschedule with the same deposit, as long as it is done 48 hours in advance. If you reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, you will lose your deposit and will need to pay 100% of your service cost to reschedule, along with a new deposit.
If you no-show your appointment, you will be charged the full appointment cost.
Touchups must be rescheduled 48 hours in advance. If you reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, a $50 fee will be added to your appointment.
